A. For Publishers and Webmasters
Before you use any of the articles on our site, please review the following terms of service. Any violation of the following will deem the permission granted to you to use our article is revoked immediately.

• You must re-produce the article in it's entirety. You must not omit, remove, edit or re-word any part of the content, including the link back to Articles Zoom and also the resource information which contains the original author.
• You may not remove the active link to Articles Zoom or the original Author's website that is contained at the end of the article.
• You may not publish our articles on sites that promote hatred based on sex, race, religion, age and/or nationality.
• You may not published our articles on sites with elements of porn, warez, hacking, terrorism, illegal use of drugs and all other which violates any law of the land on which the server resides.
• You may not use the article as content in unsolicited email or spam.
• You may not include any of the article in any digital or printed package, either as the main content or as a gift that requires the users to pay without prior approval from the original author.
• You may not sell any of the article from arcticleszoom.com without permission from the author or copyright owner.
• If you adhere to all of the rules above, then you may use any of the articles from our database without requesting permission from the authors.

B. For Prospective Authors and Marketers
Before becoming a member or submitting your articles to our database, please read through and understand the following terms of service.

• You must only submit articles that you own and have full copyright of.
• If the article was the result of a hired ghost writer, you must have exclusive rights of the articles.
• If you are submitting on behalf of another copyright owner, either by mutual trust or hired service, the copyright and intellectual property still remain with the copyright holder.
• We will not be held responsible for any violation of copyright laws caused by any of the articles that you submit.
• We will co-operate with law enforcement agencies when required should any laws have been broken.
• By submitting your articles to ArticlesZoom.com, you are giving us the permission to store and publish the articles in its entirety on the articleszoom.com domain.
• You also give us permission to publish the title and summary of your articles in RSS format for syndication by third party websites.
• You are also in permission that our visitors may use your article on their own website as long as they adhered to the terms of services for publishers and webmasters (A).
• Though the articles are stored on our servers, the copyright and intellectual property of the articles remain with the owner.
• You also agree and grant permission to articleszoom.com to place advertising on the same page with your articles, without any rights to claim any of the advertising revenue that the page will or will not generate.
• Even if all of the rules above are met, there are no guarantees that any articles you submitted will be published in our directory. It is at our sole discretion whether or not to include your articles.
• We reserve the right to reject or remove any published articles at any time without any explanation.
