Step 1 Tell the truth and avoid 'hyping' the product up. If it does not deliver you are in for a refund Step 2 Make the sales process as simple and transparent as possible. If it is not then the customer may well just switch off and tune out, half way through, before the sale is completed Step 3 Always, always, when it comes to making money online, have repeat customers as your main focus, and structure / design your entire business process around this one aspect. Step 4 Give exceptional value for money. Give, give away and give away some more in regard to support products for the one you sold. Step 5 Supply unrivaled after sales support and service. Be real and be there for people who buy off you. Don't just hide behind and auto responder, and a keyboard, and think you can just make money online forever and a day. You won't. Step 6 Never ever sell or give away rubbishy products which don't deliver on promises made in sales letters Step 7 Follow up all sales with a courtesy email, telling customers how much you value their patronage, and inform them you know they had a choice and that you are there for them at any time in the future if they should need assistance. The reality is, folks, that if you want to know how to make money online, and if you are really serious about it, you will put the principles outlined above into practice. You will be real. You will be there for your customers, and you will supply service, and you will give a lot of things away for free. You will do this because you want that person to come back to YOU again and again and again, and help you to make money online over and over Think about it. If all it takes is setting up a sales page on a website, writing a few emails for an auto responder, and then answering any queries your customer may have, isn't that worth it to get the money you want? I mean, hey, it is not like you are going to have to dig drains for $4.00 an hour or anything, in the pouring rain, or do any 'manual' labor, is it?. The least you can do is give your customers the service and respect that you would expect if you were a customer, spending your good money with someone else. Do these 7 things and you will make more sales than people who don't.
