Anger generally is an emotion that generates a negative atmosphere. Angry people are known to be broody, mean and hostile. If you get angry all the time, you can be sure that you will have less and less people around you. Take a good look at people around you who always get angry. How many friends do they have around them all the time? I am sure you will say few or none at all. Do you know that when you get angry you frown and frowning causes you to use up extra energy from your body that it needs to work? You can gain a lot more from smiling than getting angry and frowning. Always ask yourself if a particular situation is worth that emotion of anger. You’re better off smiling all the time rather than getting angry all the time. Anger causes both physical and chemical imbalances in the body. An often angry person is more likely to suffer hypertension. Angry people often get sick because of the effect of anger on their bodies. Don’t let anger take control of your life when you can do something about it. You can easily overcome spontaneous and unwarranted spurts of anger by making a conscious decision to remain calm no matter what. Anger is just an emotion that should be seen as a human challenge and should be tackled as such. Don’t let anger get the best of you.
