It is not the same whether you intend to send your business cover letter via regular mail or as an e-mail. And if you believe you will get through with the e-mail cover letter simply printed and sent by a regular post, than you are wrong. This is because the way to read over these two media differs vastly.

For some it may not seem worth bothering with subject lines, but neglecting the importance of right content in the subject line may get more than 30 percent of all your sent mails spammed or simply ignored.

3. Body content - whatever you write in the body of the business cover letter should be compelling enough to get your foot into the door.

Do not sell yourself short with that first email campaign, use that email to salt your customers and keep them thirsty for more. For this purpose there should be some offer or promise for an offer in your business cover letter to have the customer wait and want to know more about you and your business.

The more attractive the offer, the faster would be the reaction of the customer.
